San Antonio

San Antonio can be found at the southwestern corner of what is known as the Texas Triangle, and pure Texas it is! With a population of approximately 1,409,200 as of 2011, it remains one of the fastest growing cities in the United States. San Antonio has many popular attractions, welcoming over 26 million tourists every year who come to enjoy its Spanish colonial Missions which include the Alamo, an 18th-century Spanish Mission now preserved as a museum that marks the 1836 battle for Texan independence from Mexico, as well as the annual San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo, to name but a few.
